Phone messages are returned in the order in which they are received. Emails are returned throughout the day. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Ladies Supports, Inc. guarantees all items will be free of defects. If a customer has a defective item mail it to us explaining the defect. A replacement will be sent upon the return of defective item. If the item cannot be replaced you will receive a full refund. Refunds will are normally made within 1 business week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. (We have a very low rate of defects. SIZE EXCHANGES: Go to our website and place a new order for the size wanted.

Item must be returned in re-stockable condition with tags attatched.
By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned for size exchange once they have been tried on or worn. These returned items are given a biological test before a credit is issued.
